Gates open at 5.00pm, concert is due to finish at approximately 10.00pm. Where can I buy tickets and how much are they? Both general admission and seated tickets are available ranging from $99.00 upwards. Yes, Church Road Winery is delivering their exclusive cellar dining for the concert. For more information please contact [email protected] or call 021826728. Is there parking at the venue? There is no available parking on-site. Street parking is available. We thoroughly recommend using public transport. Are there buses to the venue? Check the local bus timetables: http://www.hbrc.govt.nz/services/public-transport/bus-timetables/ or via taxi - Hawke’s Bay Combined Taxis ph 06 835 7777 or Hastings Taxis ph 06 878 5055. What can I bring? Food, picnic rug, plastic glasses/cups, raincoat, non-alcoholic beverages in sealed cans ONLY (water will also be freely available onsite), you are welcome to bring along a blanket – low sand chairs are welcome. What not to bring? No BYO alcohol or liquids (with the exception of non-alcoholic beverages in sealed cans ONLY), umbrellas, professional cameras, high camping chairs. Is there free water available at the venue? Yes there will be free water available at multiple locations onsite for you to refill your water bottles. Plastic cups will also be provided. Can I purchase food and beverages at the concert? Yes, there will be a number of food stalls at the concert serving a range of foods available. There will be beverage tents selling Church Road wine, beer and a selection of non-alcoholic beverages. Proof of identification will be required upon purchasing wine or beer. Alcohol will not be served to people under the age of 18 years and normal liquor licensing rules apply. Is there eftpos available on the day? Yes there will be cash out facilities operating onsite. What if it is raining on concert day? The concert is an outdoor event and can be affected by the weather. The stage is fully covered, the area for concertgoers is uncovered and open-air. Please note the concert will proceed rain or shine so we advise if you are concerned about the conditions, to come prepared with weather appropriate clothing. Where is the nearest accommodation?
