A biblical perspective or worldview is critical to our faith and the faith of our children.
Rom 12:2

Romans 12:2 (The Message translation) Don’t become so well adjusted to your culture that you
fit into it without thinking.
The world is trying to squeeze us into its mold. Into its way of thinking. Evolution is a secular
way of looking at the world and many Christians have been squeezed into this mold.
We need to realign our beliefs to conform to a Biblical Perspective if we are going to impact the
world with the radical gospel of Jesus.
The whole Bible is built on the foundation of Genesis. If you don’t understand Genesis, you will
have a hard time interpreting other key passages in the scriptures.
Genesis gives us the understanding of the origins of life. What we believe about the origin of
life is critical to our worldview and to a society.
Evolution is an attempt to write God out of the creation process. To include God is to admit
there is a moral being that we are accountable to and sinful man does not want to do this.
The belief that God created all things, including man in his image, requires faith. But
evolutionary theory requires even more faith, since evolution runs contrary to reason, science
and history.
Today in our public school system (and some Christian schools) evolution is being taught as fact,
which is the biggest lie and deception ever taught.
Dr. Tim Tomision, of the Atomic Energy Commission says. “Scientists that go around
teaching that evolution is a fact of life are great con-men and the story they are telling may be
the greatest hoax ever.”
Evolutionary Scientist Dr. Collin Patterson, head of the British Museum of Natural History
in the paleontologist department states while speaking to a group of evolutionists at
Chicago University. “I woke up one morning and realized that all my life I had been duped.
Can you tell me anything about evolution; any one thing you know is true? (Silence) Finally one
scientist spoke up and said, I do know one thing it should not be taught in high school.”
Sadly it is even being taught in kindergarten, in our natural parks, museums, magazines, and
television and yet there are no hard facts to back it up.
Some Christians and Christian schools and colleges, have bought into a form of evolution called
Theistic Evolution. Which teaches that God provided the spark but used the evolutionary
process to develop it. This teaching is also bankrupt and contradicts the scriptures. Theistic
Evolution has all the same fallacies of regular evolution.
Adam didn’t evolve. He was created a perfect, intelligent human being in God’s likeness and
image. Adam & Eve before the fall were super intelligent not ignorant hunchbacked
Neanderthals.
The pictures and charts of the evolution of man from apes are all a lie. They never did discover
any scientifically proven missing links. In fact, evolutionary scientists are now admitting this.
It’s all a big hoax. We have been duped and taught a lie. We are either going to believe the
Biblical account or a bankrupt fantasy of evolution.

The Myth and problems of evolution.
1.
Evolution contradicts the authority of God’s Word.
For Christians this is the key issue. You cannot believe in evolution and the authority of God’s
word. Evolution says the earth is billions of years old and the Bible states God created it all in
six literal days and the earth is about 6,000 years old.
The Hebrew word for day means a literal day. In fact, the bible clearly states after each day of
creation that there was evening and there was morning connected to each day. Each day was not
a million years neither is Genesis some type of allegory.
For evolution or theistic evolution or the gap theory to be true, you need to have death and
destruction before Adam & Eve and before the fall. This is not consistent with the Bible. God
said everything he created was good and perfect before the fall. God created man and women
perfect in his likeness and his image.
To believe in evolution is an affront to God himself.
We Christians need to stop being intimidated by the bankrupt proponents of evolution. The Bible
is true and when you understand scientific evidence, it is consistent with what the Bible teaches.
Evolutionists say they have scientific evidence that the world is billions of years old and ridicule
Christians who believe otherwise. They say we are denying science and the facts of the universe
to believe in the biblical account of creation. So some Christians feel intimidated and give into
this pressure.
The fact is they have no evidence at all of evolution. It is all based on assumptions and their
interpretation of facts. The scientific data we have actually contradicts the theory of evolution
and supports a biblical creationist view.
We have been lied to and it is all a house of cards that is beginning to crumble. More and more
evolutionists are beginning to admit they have no real evidence of evolution but many stubbornly
hold on to their disproven views because it is all they have.
In spite of the absurdity of evolutionary beliefs, many people still hang onto to this bankrupt idea
because the alternative is to admit there is a God and that the Bible is true.

Evolution goes against the very character of God.
God saw all that he had made, and it was very good.
The God of the Bible is a God of order, beauty and perfection. Evolution is a process of trial and
error, death and suffering.
God looked on creation is said it is very good. Evolution has millions of years of death and
disease and pain as the beginning of creation.

Evolution has no answer for the origin of matter.
In the beginning God. The whole origin of the universe begins with God. Nothing exists
without God. The evolutionists have no answer for the origin of matter. Matter had to come
from somewhere.
Darwin himself, the founder of evolution, relies on some supernatural force to explain the
existence of life when he writes “Probably all the organic beings which have ever lived on this
earth have descended from some one primordial form, into which life was first breathed.”
Well, who breathed that life? They admit the supernatural and yet deny it at the same time.

Evolution willfully ignores the amazing design and intelligence needed for what
exists.
In the beginning God created. It didn’t just happen. There was a plan, a design an intelligent
being behind the creation. Everything in creation points to intelligent design. It only takes
common sense to see this. Creation clearly reveals God to mankind. The Bible says that those
that ignore this are willfully ignorant.
2Pe 3:5
But they deliberately forget that long ago by God’s word the heavens existed and the
earth was formed out of water and by water.
2Pe 3:6
By these waters also the world of that time was deluged and destroyed.
Another translation says they are “willfully ignorant”. They choose to ignore the very obvious
proof that God created everything and the fact there was a worldwide flood that gives
explanation to what we see in the fossil record.

The big bang theory is empty speculation.
It is the best idea they have to offer in their attempt to deny God. Have you ever seen an
explosion create something other than chaos and destruction?
The theory of spontaneous generation, the development of life from non-life is key to evolution
but absolutely unproven and untrue.
Fred Hoyle, for years a leading atheist spokesman who has seen the error of his thinking states:
“There is a better chance of producing a Boeing 747 via an explosion in a junkyard than there is
to arrive at life by accident.”. He said there is no way of producing DNA by chance processes.
6.
The second law of thermodynamics disproves evolution.
This law says everything deteriorates over time. Order disintegrates into disorder. – It does not
evolve into something greater. This is a proven fact, yet evolutionists ignore this law when it
comes to evolution.
The book of Romans says the earth is in continual decay.
7.
Genetics supports the creation account.
The bible says everything produces after its own kind. One kind does not produce another kind.
Cats do not evolve into dogs. Monkeys do not evolve into humans.
We see different varieties and species of dogs and horses over the years but they all come from
the same kind.
They have doctored up charts of embryos to try to show how one kind could have evolved into
another kind but all it is is doctored pictures and someone’s imagination. No evidence at all.
8.
Natural selection disapproves the theory of evolution.
According to evolution, there must be an increase of DNA for evolution to work. But nature
shows us that through natural selection there is always a decrease in DNA. Mutations are always
a loss of information. Evolution cannot work through natural selection.
9.
Radiometric dating of rocks does not work.
Recent rocks from the Mt. Helen’s eruption which are only a few years old were dated to be
hundreds of thousands and millions of years old by this method. Yet evolutionists depend on
this to determine the age of the earth.
10.
Carbon dating most often points to a young earth.
Coals beds that evolutionists say must be millions of years old are dated as thousands of year old
with this method.
11.
No missing fossil links have been found to support the theory of evolution.
As I said earlier, all the charts and pictures of man evolving from monkeys are made up and are a
big fraud. It is nothing but an artist’s wild imagination. One was contrived from a pig’s tooth,
another from a small piece of jawbone they found, another from a skull fragments that were filed
down to look like they fit together, and the list goes on.
There is absolutely no evidence of man evolving from a monkey or one animal evolving from
another. It is all a hoax. When they tell you they have such evidence, they are lying or
personally deceived.
All new so called missing link discoveries are soon proven false much to the dismay of
evolutionists.
One new discovery was published with much excitement by the National Geographic Magazine
not long ago. They found a fossilized small dinosaur that had feathers on it. This was their
missing link of one species evolving into another. They later admitted it was a fake.
Some Chinese had glue together a bird fossil with a tail of a dinosaur fossil. There are no
transitional fossils. Only fakes or greatly exaggerated conclusions.
We have to decide if we are going to take God’s word as truth and view the world through the
lens of what God says has happened 6000 years ago. Or take the word of evolutionists who have
no evidence and say the earth is billions of years old and all came about by chance and that you
are related to a tomato.
We are either going to be willingly ignorant or we are going to believe God.
12.
Rock layers and fossils are more consistent with a young earth and the results of a
worldwide flood then millions of year of evolution.
Conclusion:
Next week we are going to look at the Genesis flood and see how it explains what we see in the
geological and fossil record. We will see how the flood explains the Grand Canyon and marine
fossils on top of mountains.
We will also look at practical things like how Noah could get all those animals on the ark. The
Bible is true and gives us an accurate history of our world.
