BEFORE YOU START PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY
- Check the pack and make sure you have all the parts listed.
- When you are ready to start, make sure you have the right tools at hand
(not supplied) including a Phillips screwdriver, Stanley knife, wood saw,
step ladder and drill with 2mm bit.
- Ensure there is plenty of space and a clean dry area for assembly.

This building should be erected by
two adults
For ease of assembly, it is advisable to
pilot drill all screw holes and ensure
all screw heads are countersunk.
Winter = High Moisture = Expansion
Summer = Low Moisture = Contraction
CAUTION
Every effort has been made during the
manufacturing process to eliminate the
prospect of splinters on rough surfaces
of the timber. You are strongly advised
to wear gloves when working with or
handling rough sawn timber.

TIMBER
As with all natural materials, timber can be affected during various weather
conditions. For the duration of heavy or extended periods of rain, swelling of the
wood panels may occur. Warping of the wood may also occur during excessive
dry spells due to an interior moisture loss. Unfortunately, these processes cannot
be avoided but can be helped. It is suggested that the outdoor product is
sprayed with water during extended periods of warm sunshine and sheltered as
much as possible during rain or snow.

Step 1
First Shelf Qty 1
Lay the centre pole flat on the floor,
with the widest flat edge on the
floor. Line the bottom end of the
centre pole up against a flat edge.

Mark 1160mm along the pole. This
is where the top of the legs shall be
fixed to the pole.

Line the right leg up to the line just
marked, making sure the bottom
edge of the leg lines up to the
bottom of the centre pole.

Attach the right leg to the pole
using a 70mm screw
approximatley 30mm from the top
of the leg and a 100mm screw
beneth this.

Stand the product up.
Centre Pole
Line the centre leg up to the
line marked in step one. Attach
the centre leg again with a
70mm screw 30mm from the
top of the leg and a 100mm
screw beneth this.

Attach the sixth level of
shelving to the leg frame,
flush with the back of the shelf
legs using 60mm screws.
Position a corner leg up against
the post so it fits flush against the
post.
Attach the leg to the pole using a
70mm screw from near the top of
the leg into the pole.
Do the same for the other corner
leg.
