The team also carry out
research and monitoring with
a view to focusing funding
intelligently. Schemes are
monitored to identify expected
results and research

better inform future priorities.
The team also funds the
Strategic Walk Network through
Walk London, six routes that
cover London and which is
scheduled for completion
by 2012.
The team are always happy to
deal with questions, provide
input and technical advice for
schemes and to identify areas
where the team can work with
all interested parties to deliver
an improved pedestrian
environment for London. If you
have a question, please don’t
hesitate to get in touch. In
addition the team arrange
