you have a voice in the future of your financial institution.
But only if you actively participate!
We are currently seeking member owners who would consider taking an active part in the
operation of their Credit Union. Associate Directors and Supervisory Committee positions
are open and we are looking for our fellow member owners to fill them.
Associate Directors:
The Board of Directors have the ultimate decision making authority and
responsibility for directing and controlling the affairs of the Credit Union. The Board
approves policies that direct operational management and delegate necessary
authority to the CEO to manage the operations of the credit union. Associate
Directors attend meetings and actively participate in discussions but do not vote.
Supervisory Committee:
The Supervisory Committee is responsible for ensuring that the HRCCU
Management meet required financial reporting objectives and establish practices
and procedures to safeguard members’ assets.
