►1. INTRODUCTION :
We are pleased with your choice to purchase the ESSENCE DENTAL products.
Our equipment sets a new concept with regard to functionality, performance and ergonomics.
► 2. APPLICATION:
The hydraulic press is used to press metal or microwave to remove air bubbles, providing work
accurately muffles. It is robust, easy handle and simple.

►3 .FEATURES
- Built for use with 2 (two) muffles.

- Full control at different stages of pressing;
- Required to work in laboratories, since the operator can control the pressure in muffle
- Little effort is required
- Does not risk for the operator

►4. INSTALACIÓN Y OPERACIÓN
The press does not require any special installation and initial processing before the operation.
Install on a flat, level surface, so that is stable to work, ensuring the proper height for handling.
► 6 .INSTRUCCIONES DE USO:
Step 1: Prepare the flask for pressing; metal or microwave
Step 2: Place the flask in the large plate.
Step 3: Turn the center spindle for the right to play the flask flange.
Note:. To reach the limit, exert a slight force on the muffle.
Step 4: Make sure the release valve is closed by turning the lower lever to the right. Then do the pressure
test, moving the hydraulic lever up and down up to 0.5 tons., To drain excess resin. When finishing the flow of
excess resin, it will be the ideal choice for the final pressing.
Step 5: Make the final pressing, slowly, moving the hydraulic lever up and down for up to 1.0 ton. As the
pressing force The person was decreasing due to the stabilization of the resin inside the muffle (s), move the
hydraulic lever up and down to stabilize the pressure at 1.0 tons.
Step 6: After the time necessary to work, turn the side lever clockwise to loosen the release valve down to 0
ton, then turn the center spindle left to free the muffle.
►7. WARNINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
Never use the press if the pressure gauge exceed 3 ton. You can damage the equipment and the flask.
Never tighten the release valve in more than 1/4 turn, but internal oil may leak.
Just move the Hydraulic press, by the base.

Making correct all the operations mentioned above your product will have excellent performance without damage.
All parts, accessories and materials used are of exclusive use of the product. The use of parts, accessories or
equipment not specified is the user's responsibility.

- Keep equipment away from direct sunlight.
- Do not insert any object into any opening device.
- Keep out of reach of children or people who do not have the ability for proper handling.
►8 . MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING:
- Use a damp cloth with a mild liquid detergent or alcohol.
- Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid, or place it under the tap.

►13. Warranty Terms:
If this team has any manufacturing defect, the ESSENCE DENTAL covers the cost of parts labor and replacement
services for a period of twelve (12) months. From the three (3) months of legal guarantee and nine (9) months of
special guarantee granted by, ESSENCE DENTAL from the date of purchase.
If the replacement equipment or parts are made during the warranty period will not be extended, the starting date of
validity is kept informed on the invoice.
Ensure DENTAL ESSENCE is valid as long as the equipment is properly used (intended use), according to the
instructions in this document and the presentation of the invoice or purchase coupon indicating the date and name of
the distributor, together with the duly completed warranty certificate.
NO VALID if:
- The documents are manipulated, altered or illegible in any way.
- The serial number of the equipment has been altered, deleted, removed or made illegible.
- Defects or recurrent damage repair, disassemble, testing, installation, alteration or modification of any kind to
persons or unauthorized technical assistance for DENTAL ESSENCE.
- When building specifications and system recommendations as to the conditions described in this manual, as leveling
of equipment, the suitability of the site for installation, tension, no hydraulic and pneumatic compatible conditions are
observed.
- Defects or damage caused by falls, accidents, misuse, negligence, discharge in the power grid, lightning, water or
fire.
- Scratches, cracks, cracks or other damage to the equipment due to the diverse use specified in the manual.
Not include warranty items:
- Any accessories or components subject to wear during use of equipment such as lighting, disintegrating recharge
the exhaust filter, gloves, electrodes, tape, cutting blade, general electrical switches, fuses, cutting blade, among
