Fully automatic, intermittent motion case packer for multilayer package of wrapped
cut size reams - for connection to a medium-speed cut size line
The CSC 60 case packer is a compact and modular machine that can package wrapped standard cut-size
ream sizes like A4 and A3 (8 1/2” x 11” and 11” x 17”) in both single or double stacks (only A4 or similar) into
standard two-piece boxes.

Precise cartoning of cut-size reams
Effficient production in a medium-speed cut-size line
The CSC 60 case packer is capable of producing up to
18 cases per minute (single ream stacks) in traditional
two-piece boxes.
Fully automatic cartoning process
Via the infeed conveyor the wrapped reams are guided
into the integrated ream stacking station where the reams
are stacked to the needed height. The stacks are then
forwarded to the bottom forming and subsequent lid
forming station which are fed by the body and lid blank
magazines. The case sides are formed around the stack,
using it as a mandrel. Then the lid is folded and glued on
top of the case. A complete hot melt group with timer
and 4 sets of tubes and nozzles ensures precise and tight
glueing of case and lid. Finally, the finished boxes are discharged onto a conveyor.
