RecFest
2:00-4:00 PM - Northeast Recreational Field Complex
Learn about various departments and clubs, free food/drinks from local vendors, T-shirts
for the first 1,250 students, carnival style games. Bring your student ID.
49er New Year
4:30-7:00 PM - Student Activity Center and Outdoor Plaza
RecFest kicks off the school year in style. T-shirts are given to the first 1,000 attendees.
Learn about various departments and clubs by visiting their tents and tables. Free food
from many local vendors makes this event a small taste of University City. Add carnival
style games like the mechanical bull and a dunking booth and you have one of the
biggest events that takes place all year.

Therapy" at the end of each semester.

Students will get the chance to mix and mingle with different campus leaders who hold

Panhellenic Meet and Greet

Get information on the seven wonderful Panhellenic organizations UNC Charlotte has to

Dance Party with Charlotte Dance Marathon
7:00-9:00 PM - Study Activity Center Salons A & B
Learn how to get involved in the exciting third annual Charlotte Dance Marathon. Join
us for a dance party led by our morale committee and compete in popular dance
games such as Dance Dance Revolution and Just Dance for the chance to win Dance
Marathon prize packs. The party will be combined with a short information session
about how to join a team, invite your friends and fundraise for our local Children's
Miracle Network Hospital, Levine Children's Hospital.

WOW- What a High
2:00 PM – 7:00 PM - Venture High Challenge Course
Venture's ‘What a High’ is a great opportunity for individuals and groups to experience
Venture’s High Team Challenge Course. Small teams of four will travel through a series
of challenges from 4 to 35 feet above the ground on cables and wooden platforms
attached to tall poles, culminating in a thrilling ride down the ZIP LINE!! See the Venture
