OFFICIALS in Swaziland have issued a
height ban on flying witches, (although
they don’t really exist)!
Witches on broomsticks are no longer allowed
to fly higher than 150m off the ground. If they
are caught doing so by the country’s civil aviation
authorities they will be fined around £35,000.
In Swaziland, which is a small country in
southern Africa, many people believe in black
magic and witchcraft. The country is also home to
many witch doctors.
A spokesperson for the civil aviation authority
told a newspaper: “A witch on a broomstick should
not fly above the limit.”
