The ENSSURE is a project of the Government of Nepal, financially supported by the Government of Switzerland. It is implemented under Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) with technical assistance from HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation Nepal. The objective of the project is to improve the living standard of Nepalese workers, particularly women and people from disadvantaged groups through continuous employment. The main objective of this assignment is to deliver quality skill training for the targeted beneficiaries, following the CTEVT curricula of 1400 hours training (600 Hrs institution based and 800 hrs. on-thejob training) and manage Level-2 skill testing ensuring certification of at least 90% of the trainees and also assist them for employment so that at least 80% of the graduates have sustainable and rewarding employment in trained occupations. The project re-invites EOI, in line with the EOI invitation notice of 2016 December 20 and 21, from eligible, experienced, and competent private training provider/s in consortium with industries for conducting short training courses of eight months including on the job training (skill test level-2) and related soft skills. The occupation wise number of beneficiaries for the assignment is given below. S.N. In case of General Cook (Commis II), related occupations are Indian Cook, Chinese Cook, Continental Cook, Commis II, Commis III and Commercial Cook. 5. The training provider with its consortium industries shall submit duly filled EOI format according to the issued Terms of Reference (TOR). EOI format and TOR can be downloaded from www.enssure.org.np or obtained from the ENSSURE office. 6. The selection process follows Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) and will be in accordance with the Public Procurement Act 2063 and its amendments 2073 and Public Procurement Regulations, 2064 and its amendments 2068. 7. Documents of the experience and other evidence copies of certificates are must and shall be duly notarized. 8. Detail information can be obtained from the ENSSURE project office during office hours or from the official web site www.enssure.org.np 9. Complete EOI documents must be submitted within 15 days from the first EOI notice publication date within office hours. In case of the last day of submission of EOI falls on public holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. 10. ENSSURE reserves the right to reject any or all EOI with or without furnishing any reasons to the firms concerned. 4.
