machine. Checked the area for the above listed vehicle, negative contact. Sawyer stated he was suspicious
because he thought this person was doing something electronically to the ATM, and also that this person's
vehicle had Mass plates, and was parked backwards in the parking lot. The ATM machine was checked for
tampering which none was found. Customers were using the machine normally.

I received a call from James DeGroat of Asplundh Tree Service. He wanted to make us aware of a verbal
confrontation he had with one of our residents. A week or two ago an Asplundh crew parked in front of a
house on River Rd. for their lunch break 2 days in a row. They were confronted by the homeowner who
complained that he doesn't want them there. They complied and left the area. Today they drove through River
Road to turn around. This prompted the resident to call James and complain that the crew was "stalking,
harassing, and intimidating him" bc he complained about them being in front of his house. James stated that

Observed a vehicle, that was driving north on Route 1, pull into Ocean Subaru and pull around the back of the
building after the business was closed. I made contact with the operator and tow passengers who advised that
they were turning around. I ran all occupants. The driver was valid and all were negative for warrants.
The driver also indicated that he does go to the business and they allow him to take their used tires, but he
stated that he only does this when the business was open. I told him not to come back to the business unless
it was open. The vehicle was moved along, however, I noted that the driver did not turn around and instead
continued to drive north on Route 1.
