Transcript Release Policy
for International Connections Academy
Official transcripts are notarized with an official International Connections
Academy seal and signed by a school official and sent in a sealed envelope
(if the sealed envelope is opened by anyone other than the intended party,
the transcript is no longer considered “official”). Official Transcripts will be
released only with prior written approval from the student’s parent(s)/legal
guardian(s), or from the student if he or she is aged 18 or older or an
emancipated minor.
Official Transcripts must be requested using the attached Official Transcript
Request Form. Please complete one form for each request.
As a reminder: unofficial transcripts can be printed out of Connexus by a student
at any time while they are enrolled with International Connections Academy.
REQUEST A TRANSCRIPT
 Current students: Log into Connexus (www.connexus.com) and select
the iNaCA Transcript Request from your list of data views. Access and
attach this form within the data view and complete the additional data
view fields and submit. Any alternative form of submission of your request
will result in a processing delay.
 Previously enrolled students: Complete the attached form and submit
as indicated below.

International Connections Academy requires at least 10 working days to
process all official transcript requests. Transcript requests will not be processed
without the attached signed form; sign forms manually on a printout of the
form, or electronically by using digital signature*.
* To use digital signature: click on the signature line box; a Sign Document box will open; click on the
drop down box in the “Sign As” field; Select “New ID” if you do not yet have a digital signature; select
“A new digital ID I want to create now”; click “Next”; select “Windows Certificate Store” (for PC’s); enter
name and email and hit “Finish”; click “Sign”.
TRANSCRIPT FEES
 Full-Time students: International Connections Academy full-time
students may request official transcripts free of charge. Students who
hold an iNaCA degree may also request official transcripts free of charge
following graduation. All other former students will pay a $5 processing
fee for official transcript requests. Please call our Admissions Advisors at
877-804-6222 to request additional official transcripts.
 Part-Time/Summer School students: International Connections Academy's
part-time/summer school students are entitled to one free official
part-time/summer school transcript per semester or enrollment period.
Additional official transcript requests will be processed for a $5 fee per
request. Please call our Admissions Advisors at 877-804-6222 to purchase
additional official transcripts.
