Secrecy Agreement

and the company:
1.
robotmech Rapid Prototyping Stössl GmbH (referred to as robotmech in the following) undertakes to keep secret all technical and
economic information, which she obtains on the basis of her business relationship with the forementioned business partner. It does not
really matter whether such information is submitted to robotmech directly by the forementioned business partner or by third parties.
What really matters, however, is that robotmech obtains this information only on the basis of her business relationship with the
forementioned business partner.
2.
Information from the forementioned business partner must not be passed on to third parties neither in oral or written form nor in the
form of drawings, samples of electronic data, unless there is a written authorization by the forementioned business partner.
3.
Documents and samples passed to robotmech must not be copied - not even for exclusive use at robotmech. They must be returned
immediately on request of the forementioned business partner. At the end of the business relationship and after consulting the
forementioned business partner robotmech has to destroy all documents or samples and delete all electronic data records
unrecoverably.
4.
robotmech undertakes to instruct all her employees to completely fulfill all commitments from this agreement.
