Hafa Adai！ I am TSUBASA MIYAGAWA, the president of Rotary
International District 2750 Rotaract in 2013-14. We are glad to have
two celebrations: the 45th anniversary of Tokyo Fuchu Rotaract
Club, which is the oldest RAC in our district, and the 5th anniversary
of the youngest Chuo-University Rotaract Club. With a respect for
the tradition cultivated by pioneers, I serve for the further
development of rotaract as a NEW WIND .
The attractive points of rotaract are 1) with the colorful colleagues,
2) growing up through the variety of activities and volunteers, and
3) experience a distinct fulfillment which
is not obtained in jobs or school works.
Rotaract experiences must be the basis
to provide the leadership in our society.

Cover photo：5th volunteer tour in Minami-Sanriku
Volunteers of RID2750-RAC visited the Minami-Sanriku area struck by earthquake
(Day1) and communicated with local people. Next day, we operated two stands in
Shoku-kou-sai (festival to boost area by food) and sold the best souvenir of Hachioji
Takao-potato , mulberry tea, and yo-yo. Everybody really enjoyed the festival!

Cheer up Tohoku! Charity Concert and Bazaar
We sold products of Minami-sanriku and other donated goods and obtained ￥74,200-.
All proceeds will be used for encouraging people living in Tohoku in the next volunteer tour.
Editor’s Note: Part 1 “Autumn wind, Individuality targets, Question for secretary”
It is now three months, and season to feel the nip of fall in no time the new year has begun. In the first
Executive Committee, we presented the rich individuality target of each club, served with club dream color
guided by Tanaka Mitsuko, who is a color therapist (photo). As official visits go, photography Icchi-DanKetsu (meaning solidarity ) calls has become a popular. Here I tried to hear to secretary Chiaki Kawaura,
cornerstone of district administration: Please haiku looking back on the first quarter? Chiaki: Pardon such
reckless yellowtail Yukino-san! (5-7-5 in Japanese). It is a reliable secretary who will respond quickly and
accurately to the needs for Everyone! Now we please look forward to the next issue as well. Thank you.
