Clearview FCU Recognizes 12 Local Charities at Pitt Football Game
Pittsburgh, Pa. — Clearview Federal Credit Union recognized 12 local charities at a Pitt Football game on November 27, 2015, as part
of the Clearview Community Champion of the Game program. Throughout the 2015-2016 Pitt Men’s Football season, fans
nominated their favorite charities, and Clearview selected one winner per week to receive a $300 donation and be recognized on
field at the Pitt vs. Miami game at Heinz Field. Any time the Panthers recorded a safety, the donation to that week’s winning charity
was doubled to $600.

The volunteers each received two tickets to the game on November 27 , where they represented their favorite charities on the field
during halftime. The 2015-2016 Clearview Community Champions are as follows:












Game 1 Champion - Zachary O. of Washington, Pa. and the Montour Trail Council - $300
Game 2 Champion - Donald S. of Imperial, Pa. and Heroes Supporting Heroes - $300
Game 3 Champion - R.J. M. of Gibsonia, Pa. and HEARTH - $300
Game 5 Champion - Lisa P. of Natrona Heights, Pa. and the Lower Valley Food Bank - $300
Game 6 Champion - Erika M. of Mt. Washington and Casting for Recovery - $600
Game 7 Champion - Heidi K. of Jeannette, Pa. and the Action For Animals Humane Society - $300
Game 8 Champion - Jennifer L. of New Brighton and United Valley REACT, Inc. - $300
Game 9 Champion - Lynzy G. of Chatham University and Chatham's Relay For Life - $300
Game 10 Champion - Carol M. and North Hills Community Outreach - $300
Game 11 Champion - Monica M. of Venetia, Pa. and the Washington Symphonic Orchestra - $300
Game 12 Champion - Barb V. of Moon Township and Hope Grows - $300
Game 13 Champion - Audrianna B. of Butler, Pa. and Community Care Connections, Inc. - $300
Clearview President and CEO Mark Brennan commented, “We’re very proud to have sponsored the first year of this program in
partnership with Pitt Athletics. It’s been great to see the variety of important work being done in our community and the passion of
the Pitt fans and volunteers. We were thrilled to get everyone together at the Miami game to recognize 12 wonderful charities and
the people who support them.”
