– The whole development including the Private Park will be fenced.
The security cameras will be erected at public entrances.
The Security house situated at the entrance gate will be manned
by a security guard.
The Security house will be equipped with a monitoring system
which will be connected to a security screen situated in GreatBrak River monitoring all traffic movement in the Estate.
 An application to close all public roads and create security gates
as indicated is pending at the Municipality Mossel Bay.
