ABSA0001 20cm (8”) Max. Load: 200kg (31st) Assembly Instructions Positioning Assemble the bathseat by inserting the three sucker feet and the Surefoot sucker into the sockets. With the Surefoot sucker lever in the up position, place the bathseat into a dry bath positioned as shown below. The Surefoot sucker must be inserted as shown: - Ensure all of the suckers are in direct contact with the bath and not obstructed by the plug-hole. Move the Surefoot sucker to the alternate position (*) shown in figure 1 if necessary. Surefoot sucker Cut-out (Front) Alternate position* figure 1. Ensure each foot is pushed all the way in and the clips have engaged. Position in bath, with optional bathboard (available separately). Surefoot Sucker Press down firmly on all 4 legs to secure the bathseat in position. Press the lever down to achieve suction and lock in place. Press firmly Lock Maintenance x4 Ensure each foot is pushed all the way in and the clips have engaged as shown. To remove the seat: lift up the surefoot sucker lever, pull up the three remaining sucker tabs and lift out. The feet must be inserted in the orientation shown. Safety Check the seat is secure before each use. Only use as instructed. Assemble only as shown. Sucker tab Unlock Do not store in direct sunlight. Clean with warm water and nonabrasive cleaners suitable for plastic baths. Inspect for signs of fatigue regularly. Can be autoclaved for sterilisation purposes. Keep these instructions for future reference. ABSX0001 Issue 1 Follow the above steps to reposition the seat in the bath. 5cm (2”) Extensions Legs HA0672 The Surefoot bathseat can be fitted with extension legs to increase the height to 25cm (10”) or 30cm (12”) as desired. For assembly and fitting follow the instructions overleaf with the extension legs inserted in the bathseat first as shown below. Surefoot® Bathseat Upgrade Kit ABSA0004 Use the Surefoot bathseat upgrade kit to convert a Kingfisher bathseat (HA0670) to a Surefoot bathseat for extra security and reassurance. The upgrade kit adds 5cm (2”) to the height of the seat. Assembly Instructions Remove the existing sucker feet from the bathseat by pushing the clip in (1) and pulling the foot out (2). Extension Legs Insert three of the feet into the extension legs. One of the feet will be left over as a spare. Existing foot Important Use a maximum of three extensions per leg. A 30cm seat must be down-rated to 160kg (25st) maximum load. When the Surefoot sucker is inserted into an extension leg the clip must be pushed into position from the inside. Insert a finger or thumb into the opening and push the clip firmly until it clicks into position. Press Firmly Extension Leg x3 Spare x1 Ensure the feet are orientated correctly and clips are engaged fully on each leg.
