Dear Praying Friends,
April-May 2012
1 Thessalonians 5:24 Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it. We
are grateful to the Lord that we are currently at 85% of our support. We have been in
34 states in 26 months. We have also presented in about 93 churches with 53
supporting us. We rejoice that 15 of these took us on in the service that we presented
in. We had one church decide to support us, we declined their support. During the
months of March and April we had six churches decide to support us and two have
already started sending in support. These are the only ones currently considered
supporting churches. We are under $1000 from the field.
We are grateful we were able to spend a few weeks around our Pastor, Pastors’
family, and church family. This is an encouraging and refreshing time for us. This
might be the last time that we see them in a long time. We are grateful that our Pastors’
wife Mrs. Amy has decided to process our prayer letter for us. This will save us some
money and time. It usually costs us around $100 every other month for ink and
postage. We also spent the better part of a day getting this ready. Now we will email it
to Mrs. Amy and the church will send it out for $10-20. There might be a hiccup along
the way. However, we do not anticipate any trouble with the process. Mrs. Amy was a
missionary growing up in Africa, so she is very familiar with the prayer letter process.
We are starting to look into finding a home on or near the Rez. Housing on the
Rez. is almost not an option. We plan to stay in our RV on the Rez. until we are able to
secure sufficient housing. Please pray with us diligently about this. Our RV is not
suitable for a family of five for very long. It is very stressful to stay in it for months
and takes a patient spirit to handle the smallest scenarios. God is able!
We have new prayer cards available. If you are a supporting church and
need some new ones we would be happy to send you some. We also have an
updated ministry photo. We have a new website, www.tribalpreacher.com. We
wanted to simplify our email and match our website. We can be contacted through our
website. We have also changed our email to [email protected]. Our
contacts were mixed up through our email change. If you are receiving this and do not
desire to, please email me and I will correct this. We would like to send our prayer
letter by e-mail, please send your information to [email protected]. Thanks to
those who have responded. Thank you Mrs. Miller and your Master Clubs class for the
thoughtful cards. We appreciate your service and kindness.
Still Amazed By His Grace,
