centerline Chipola River thencemeanderNortherly along centerline Chipola River
approximatelyfive (5) miles to a point due West of New Landing Road, thencemeander
Easterlyalong the centerlineof New Landing Road to the intersectionwith CR 275,
thencecrossingCR 275, continuein an Easterlydirection along the centerline of Silas
Whitfield Road to the point of intersectionwith SR 71, thencemeanderalong the
centerlineof SR 7I in a Northwesterlydirection approximately3 /, miles to the
intersectionwith Flatwoods Road thencerun Easterlyalong centerline FlatwoodsRoad
approximately3 314miles to intersectionwith Lee Farm Road, thencerun Southerly

line New Landing Road to intersectionwith CR275, crossCR 275 andcontinue Easterly
on Silas Whitfield Road to intersectionwith SR 71 thenceNorthwesterlyalong SR 71
approximately2 % miles to intersectionwith FlatwoodsCounty Road, thencerun East on
said road approximatelythree and three-quarter(3 %) miles to the Lee Farms Road,

nine and one-half (9 %) miles until the sameintersectswith the Jacksonand Calhoun
County lines. Thencefollow the CalhounCounty line westward approximatelytwelve
and one-half (12 Yr) ntlles until the sameruns into the Bay County line, thencerun South
along the Calhoun and Bay County lines back to the Point of Beginning.
DISTRICT 4
Commenceat the centerof the ApalachicolaRiver on Highway #20 at the countyline,
thencecontinue down the centerof Highway #20 West for approximatelytwo and onehalf (2 % ) miles to River Streetin Blountstown,Florida, thencerun South on River
Streetuntil the sameintersectswith Sheny Avenue, thencerun West on SherryAvenue
to Pine Street,thencemn South on Pine Streetto Morningside Circle, thenceeastalong
the centerline of MomingsideCircle to Ray Avenue,thencefollow Ray Avenue West

Morningside Circle East to Ray Avenue, thencefollow Ray Avenue West acrossPear
Streetand Main Streetuntil the sameruns into Highway #7I, thencetakeHighway #71

thencecontinue along the centerlineof the Game ReserveRoad in ScottsFerry South to
