PROPOSED PROJECT CUPANG HIGH SCHOOL PHASE I WITH 8
CLASSROOMS LOCATED AT CUPANG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL,
BARANGAY CUPANG, CITY OF MUNTINLUPA WHICH AMOUNT SHALL BE
TAKEN FROM THE 2O12.SCHOOL BOARD FUND.SUPPLEMENTAL

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlungsod shall

Executive to appropriate funds for programs and projects that were not included
in the Annual lnvestment Plan (AlP)/Annual Procurement Plan of the City;
WHEREAS, Hon. City Mayor Aldrin L. San Pedro has submitted to the
Sangguniang Panlungsod the proposed project cupang High Schoot phase I
with B classrooms located at Cupang Elementary School, Barangay Cupang,
Muntinlupa City amounting to Twenty One Mitlion Nine Hundred ieventy One
Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-six pesos and 5T/100 (php21,g71,ggd.s7);
WHEREAS, Republic Act No. 9184, othenruise known as the Government
Procurement Reform Act, authorizes the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) to
conduct competitive bidding in the procurement of infrastructure projects

WHEREAS, there is an available fund from 2012 Local school Board
Fund-supplemental Budget for the said project amounting to Twenty One

WHEREAS, after the Bidding process has been conducted by the Bids
and Awards Committee (BAC) the said project shall be submitted to the
Sangguniang Panlungsod by virtue of Republic Act 7160, otherwise known as
the Local Government Code of 1991 for its approval;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, AS IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED,
by the 6th Sangguniang Panlungsod, to authorize the City Mayor Hon. Atdrin L.
San Pedro, to appropriate the amount Twenty One Million Nine Hundred
seventy one Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-Six Pesos and

(Php21,971,886.571 for the construction of the proposed project Cupang High
School Phase t with 8 Classrooms located at Cupang Elementary School,
Barangay Cupang, City of Muntinlupa which amount shall be taken from the
2012 School Board Fund-Supplemental Budget.
ENACTED, by the 6th Sangguniang Panlungsod of Muntinlupa this 21"t
day of January, 2013 on its 104'n Regular Session.
