 Roommate wanted to share house and utilities. I have space available in a house
in Boiling Springs in a small, quiet development. The house is less than ten
minutes from Sherman College and five minutes from Anytime Fitness. You will
have your own bedroom and bathroom. There is an additional spare room if you
need extra storage. We would share the living area and kitchen. Pets are fine. I
have one cat that stays locked in my room. Rent is $350 a month and we would
split utilities (usually about $100). The room will be available for the winter term
