Materials: 4 11 16” Pearl light blue latex balloons 11”“Entwined Hearts” diamond clear latex balloons 11 11” Pearl light blue latex balloons #40 White Qualatex MasterBow tulle ribbon Qualatex BalloonRibbon Monofilament line Instructions: • Create a four-balloon cluster using 16” balloons. To do this, helium inflate and size two balloons, then tie the necks together. Repeat to make a second pair, then twist the two pairs together. • Double stuff the pearl light blue balloons into the “Entwined Hearts” balloons. To do this, insert a 11” pearl light blue latex into an “Entwined Hearts” latex. Place the neck of the pearl light blue over the helium nozzle and inflate. To tie, stretch the neck of the pearl light blue balloon out, wrap around the outside balloon, and tie. Repeat step one using double stuffed 11” balloons to create a second four-balloon cluster. • Wrap the two clusters together using monofilament line, making sure the 11” balloons nest below the 16” ones. This will create the top of your design. • Double stuff seven more “Entwined Hearts” with pearl light blue balloons, and air inflate to 9”. Attach each balloon to the tulle. • Arrange the air-inflated balloons as desired and tie the ends of the tulle to the helium-filled clusters. Estimated cost: Under $7 Labor: About 10 minutes Suggested retail price: $35-$45 All balloons featured are Qualatex brand balloons. Photo and recipe are courtesy of qualatex.com.
