A Do-It-Yourself Batting Tunnel Kit! Includes all the supplies you need to
turn standard 12’ long, 3” OD steel into a full size Batting Tunnel. Complete
kit includes: Top angle bars, support cables, cable clamps and carabineers.
Top angle bars are 2-3/8”OD galvanized steel pipe with a 15 degree bend;
providing enough space to properly hang the tunnel net away from the steel
posts. The provided Support Cable is 1/4” galvanized steel with a 4200 lb
break strength. Batting Tunnel Net and optional ground sleeves are sold

BATTING TUNNELS NETS
Douglas® batting tunnels are available in seven standard sizes and manufactured using three
premium materials. Douglas® offer this variety in order to meet each customer’s specific needs
and applications.
Douglas® can also manufacture custom batting tunnels to your specifications. Optional doors
and net dividers/savers available. Standard tunnels come with reinforced rope borders around the
perimeter and along the top center. Douglas® HTPP Knotless High Tenacity Polypropylene (Pylon) Black Tunnels:
• Pylon netting is extruded to permanently resist weather, UV, mold and mildew
• Pylon material is stronger and more durable than nylon netting

PROTECTIVE SCREENS
Choose from our Standard or Deluxe weight protective screen frames in either galvanized steel or
black polyester powder coat finish. Both options feature Allied’s® superior zinc Flo-coat® galvanization
process for maximum protection. 3.5 Knotless Pylon protective netting is 1-3/4” square mesh and
has a 325 lb break strength. Netting is UV and weather treated. Screens include a Slip-On style net
however, the 7’ x 10’ fungo screens are only available with standard fitted nets with lacing cord. SlipOn style nets slide over the frame and only require lacing cord at the bottom to close the net.

For strength and durability, Douglas® windscreens feature these unmatched industry standards:
• All 9’ screens include Center Reinforcement Tape (CRT) with
