You’ll need:

 Old Fashioned Vanilla ice cr eam
 Single - $4.50
 Nutella Fudge*
 Double - $5.50

To build a single:
1. P ick up a 6 ounce dish.
2. P ick up a clean #20 (yellow) ice cr eam scoop and tap (don’t wipe) the scoop 1 – 3
times face down on the towel to r emove excess water .
3. Scoop a flat scoop of Old Fashioned Vanilla ice cr eam wher e the ice cr eam is even
with the r im of the scoop.
4. Click and r elease the flat scoop to dr op it back in the car ton.
5. Scoop another flat scoop of Old Fashioned Vanilla.
6. Connect the ice cr eam in your scoop to the flat scoop in the car ton by pr essing them
together gently. The connected scoops should be 4.5 ounces of ice cr eam.
7. Fir mly pr ess the ice cr eam into the dish.
 Make sur e the ice cr eam is center ed in the dish or your toppings will r oll out
onto the counter .
8. Click and r elease the lever on the scoop and r oll the scoop off the ice cr eam.
9. Add 1 ounce of Nutella onto the ice cr eam.
10. Add 1 ounce of pour able peanut butter onto the Nutella.
11. Add 1 teaspoon of almonds onto the peanut butter (.25 ounces).
12. Add a cone of whipped cr eam by star ting on the r im of the dish and cir cling towar ds
the center .
13. Add a cher r y on top of the whipped cr eam.
14. Slide an ice cr eam spoon into the sundae.
15. Hand the sundae to the customer .
16. Thank the customer and ask if he/she would like anything else.
To build a double, adjust the following:
 Replace the 6 ounce dish with a 12 ounce dish.
 Add a r ounded scoop of ice cr eam on top of the two flat scoops (8-8.5
ounces).



Replace 1 ounce of Nutella with 2 ounces.
Replace 1 ounce of pour able peanut butter with 2 ounces.
Replace 1 teaspoon of almonds with 2 teaspoons (.5 ounces).
