General info on ACCUPLACER Test: Accuplacer at the University of Toledo is administered at NO CHARGE to the test taker. On an average, test takers take 90 minutes to finish it but we do recommend that the student has enough time (at least, three hours) in order to complete the test without any rush. We are a walk-in Testing Center. The student may come in at any time during our business hours. Here is the link to our business hours for your convenience: http://www.utoledo.edu/uc/testingservices/testing-hours/test_Center_hours.html. A Picture ID is REQUIRED – a School Id or a Drivers’ License will do. We can provide the pencils, a basic calculator and scratch paper to student. If the student wants to bring his/her own calculator (approved by SAT), (s)/he can bring that along. Food and drinks are NOT allowed in the Testing Room unless specifically authorized. Hat, sunglasses, any smart devices, cell phone are strictly prohibited in the testing Room. ALL Devices are turned off and locked away in the lockers provided. A parent does not have to accompany the student taking Accuplacer at the Test Center as long as the test taker provides a picture id. Three hours are set aside for the ACCUPLACER test. The student is tested on three topics: 1. College Level Math (20 questions) 2. Reading Comprehension (20 questions) and 3. Sentence Skill (20 questions).
