Important Update on
Transflo Mobile+
The driver app has so far been a great success! As we move forward
and finish distributing the app to all of the drivers, we appreciate all
of the work and support from our fleet managers and drivers.
As of January 1, 2017, there will be no drop boxes for those who do
not have Transflo Mobile +. Drivers that need to send their paper
bills in are responsible to mail out bills weekly and send any other
important documents to Cuba.
Please remember that drivers on the app should hold their bills
after scanning for 30 days before discarding. Do NOT send in your
paper bills! We are making progress daily and thank everyone
involved for making this change to our company more efficient.

Benefits Blurb
2017 OPEN ENROLLMENT IS HERE!!!
Open enrollment for benefits will be open from Friday, November 18th through
Wednesday November 30th. Here’s the good news- if you don’t want to make a
change, then you DON’T have to do anything. What you currently have will just
rollover into 2017. HOWEVER, if you want to use the Flexible Spending Account
(FSA) benefit next year, as many of us currently do use, you WILL have to go
online to enroll since that is a calendar-year to calendar-year benefit. (See mail
out next week for more info on the FSA benefit.)
For employees who currently do not have any of our voluntary benefits, or for
those needing to make a change, you will have to visit benefits.plansource.com
(this is not a www site, so don’t enter www.) Again this year- we will not have
paper enrollment. Everyone’s username (all lowercase, no spaces) will be the
first letter of your first name, followed by up to the first 6 characters of your last
name followed by the last 4 of your SSN; and your password will be your 8-digit
DOB in this format 19780501.
***Several of you will have to add an extra number 1 to the end of your username
because your username already exists in the vendor’s database. So if you
experience difficulty logging in, try adding the number 1.
But before you visit this website, stay tuned for more open enrollment info to be
mailed to your home. And don’t ignore the QUALCOMM messages that will be
sent to your trucks during open enrollment!
