How old is your existing hot water system?
If you’re renovating and already have an existing hot
water system in place, you need to determine how old
it is. If your current system is 10 years or more, consider
replacing it.
Indoor or outdoor?
Most water heaters in Australia are installed outside.
If you have an indoor water heater, consider replacing it
with an outdoor model to free up valuable internal space

to use natural gas for your hot water. If not, a wide selection
of electric storage water heaters are available.
Storage or continuous flow?
When deciding between continuous flow or a storage
tank, it’s important to think about how you use hot water.
If you are infrequent users, such as at a holiday home,
then continuous flow can be a good option. If you’re a
regular user of hot water, you can be assured of consistent
pressure and water temperatures with a storage water
heater, giving you a more enjoyable shower experience.
Can your hot water unit support your bathroom design?

• Same day installation available in selected metro areas if ordered before 11am
3. Installation
• The installer will arrive at the agreed time with your new hot water unit
• The installer will assess the job and discuss with you if any additional extras
are required
• Your new hot water unit will be installed
