Help your Business while helping the Recreation Programs of Moorestown Township!
Banner Sponsorship will help fund the creation, improvement and maintenance of the
Township’s Open Space and Recreation facilities! Thank you for your support!

1. Banner Information
a. Banners are 3’x6’ in area, with a printable area of 2.5’ x 5’ on a white background. Sponsors are
encouraged to keep text to a minimum so larger fonts may be used to maximize visibility. Logo and Contact
information is preferable, or with brief tag line or services. See banner detail.
b. Please include digital copy/text, and/or digital logo, for printing. Artwork should be provided at full size,
preferably in vector format. Jpg, tif and pdf are acceptable. High resolution, minimum 200 dpi, is
recommended.
c. Individuals or businesses that do not have access to digital artwork may provide their message in written
text copy that will be printed onto the banner.
2. Application Process:
a. The Township will begin to accept banner applications on
April 3, 2015; at 11:00 a.m. at the Moorestown Recreation
Center, 111 W. Second St., Moorestown, NJ 08057.
b. Applications will be accepted until all banners have been
sold, awarded in order of receipt of a complete application
with payment. Banners will remain in place until December
1, 2015.

4. General.
a. Sponsorships are not tax deductible to individuals per IRS Rules.
b. All Banners are the property of Moorestown Township. The Township will furnish, install, maintain, replace
as necessary, and remove all Banners. Banners will be located facing toward spectators and/or players, not
intentionally toward streets, in areas shown on the Bid Form. No Sponsor may move or alter any sign.
c. No business may sponsor under this program where the primary sales of said business are alcohol, tobacco,
adult-oriented material or any other business which the township deems inconsistent with promoting the
youth sports programs and the positive image of the Township.
d. If a Sponsor identifies a Moorestown youth sports organization/club that referred them, that club recieves
50% of the net proceeds; after banner related costs are paid. If more than one club is identified, the clubs
split the 50% equally. Sport/Club Initials:
