Log in to the Packsize Online
Ordering System (OOS)
1. You will receive an email for Packsize with your login
name and password.
2. Go to www.packsize.com and click on the green login
link at the top right corner of the screen.
3. The website requires you to reset your password upon
logging in for the first time.
a. The password must be alpha-numeric.

PLACE A Z FOLD ORDER
Place a z-Fold® Order
1. Go to the Order Management tab and select Place Order.
2. Click on the Select Product button.
3. Select the line items that you would like to order.
a. If Packsize will be handling your delivery please select the freight line item as well.
4. Next click on the “Add To Order” button.
5. Enter your PO number in the field provided.
6. The Date field on the Place Order page will auto populate to the soonest date
that Packsize can process the order. If you would prefer a date further out you
can select a different date that you would like your order to be ready or delivered
on depending on your method of freight.
7. Next you will select the number of bales you would like to order per line item.
a. As you enter the number of bales, the Truck Cubing Diagram will let you know how
much of the truck is still available.
b. Packsize requires that you order full truckload quantities. The OOS will not let you
place your order without filling the truck as much as is reasonably possible.
c. The truck will almost never be at a perfect 0% available so it is alright if you are
under a little or over a little. This may be confusing your first time. Feel free to reach
out to you Customer Service Representative to assist you with any questions.
d. Please note that there is only one truckload per order.
8. Click the Place Order Button.
9. Next you will confirm the order if everything looks correct.
10. If the order is entered accurately into the OOS you should receive an OOS
number next.
11. You are done.
a. Packsize will be contacting you within 24 hours via email with a confirmation of your
order.
b. If you do not receive that confirmation within 24 hours, please contact your Packsize
Customer Service Representative.

Bottom Flap Folder
The BestPack™ RS Series random operator-fed, bottom carton
sealer is designed to reduce the time required to fold and seal the
bottom flaps of a carton. This unit can be used when carton forming
volume has become too large to hand form and hand tape the
cartons, but the volume is too small to justify a fully automatic carton
erector/sealer. All systems incorporate pop-out pressure sensitive
“High Speed” tape heads with patented tab adjustment. These units
are also available in Stainless Steel.

Top and Bottom Case Sealer
(Water-activated Tape)
Interpack’s RSA Series Case Sealers are operator-fed machines that
automatically adjust for random-sized cases. This premium drive
style captures the case between four moving belts located above
and below the case. This provides maximum stability since it applies
force to the strongest areas of the case which is in the direction of
the fluting of the corrugated. Every Interpack™ case sealer comes
with an HSD 2000-ET II tape head with adaptive technology to

The PAPERplus® Shooter is a protective packaging solution
for filling voids above the products (top-fill). The void-fill
is shot at a high speed directly on top of the product in
the carton (see below). The PAPERplus® Shooter creates
multilayer void-fill by folding and pleating one-ply paper. This
type of cushioning is suitable for light-weight products. The
protective function for Shooter paper is void fill.

BestPack’s BG tape is a specially formulated adhesive and film
composition to create a high tack property. Using a unique low

Packsize Hot Melt Adhesive
Packsize Hot Melt Adhesive is a very high quality case/carton sealing
and tray forming hot melt. Featuring excellent heat stability. This noncharring and low odor glue remains clear in the pot after prolonged
periods at 350° F. It is designed to be non-blocking as well as easily
removable from application equipment should overspray occur. All of
the ingredients in Packsize Hot Melt Adhesive are approved under the
Federal Regulation 21 CFR 175.105, which relates to the incidental
contact of adhesives with food.
