occur when purchasing products from SylviaP Sportswear Pty Ltd.
Payment
Manufacturing of garments can not start until full payment is received and the order
form is signed, confirming that you have read the terms and conditions. We accept
MasterCard, Visa, Direct Deposit and Money Order.
Postage and Handling
SylviaP Sportswear will express deliver your garments to the address provided on the
first page. SylviaP Sportswear does NOT provide insurance and takes no responsibility if
the parcel is lost. Postage and handling costs are as outlined above and are subject to
change without prior notice.
Delivery Time
Manufacturing of garment will begin when the total payment is received by SylviaP
Sportswear. Orders placed in January to June must be done so at least 25 business days
prior to the due date. Orders placed in July to December must be done so at least 20
business days prior to the due date. Any orders required in less business days than
specified above will be subject to a Late Order fee of 10% of the total invoice price.
SylviaP Sportswear will not be liable for delays beyond our control such as: shortages of
materials, transportation or due to any cause of a like or different nature beyond our
control. The existence of any such cause or causes of delay shall extend the time of
delivery of this order by the time required to remove any such excusable cause or
causes of delay. In this circumstance SylviaP Sportswear will contact you directly.
Cancellation
Any order paid in full will be a firm agreement of purchase. Once manufacturing of
garments has begun you shall have no right to cancel.
Goods Returned
SylviaP Sportswear makes all garments to the specified measurements above. Please
ensure you follow the measurement instructions outline in the “Measuring Guide” page
under Customer Service at www.sylviap.com.au . SylviaP Sportswear will not be held
liable from incorrectly fitting garments.
Limitations on Liability
SylviaP Sportswear Pty Ltd makes no other warranties whether written, oral, or statutory,
express or implied, including without limitation, any warranty or merchantability or
fitness for purpose. In no event shall SylviaP Sportswear be held liable for special or
consequential damages.
