Accommodations on the occupant spreadsheet it is purely a REQUEST and you will be contacted

This resort is ALL-INCLUSIVE: All food, drinks, and non-motorized water sports are included. Please

Guidelines:
Only paid occupants are allowed to stay in the hotel room and to be listed on the hotel phone roster.
If you would like optional service (i.e. Phone calls, Room Service, etc.) one occupant in the room will
be required to present a credit card upon check-in.

Nightly the resort provides Broadway type shows for guests.
In addition, there is a shore excursion desk in the entrance of the hotel to visit historical site is Punta
Cana. If there is a specific tour you would like to book prior to our arrival, Tranquilpathways Travel can
arrange upon request.

Tranquilpathways Travel is legally responsible to fulfill all accommodation requirements that are
outlined in this contract. Tranquilpathways travel is not responsible for cancellations due to and
NATURAL DISASTERS (i.e. Hurricane, Earth Quake, Tornado, etc.) and /or cancellation by vendor
(i.e. Strike, Cruise, Airline, Hotel cancellation). However, all participants will be refunded for portions
refunded by the vendor to Tranquilpathways Travel. Tranquilpathways Travel reserves the right to
pursue legal actions under default of payment matters.
