Job Title: Warehouse Delivery Driver
Reports to: Shop Manager
Salary Range: DOE
This position is responsible for daily activities involved with inbound and outbound transportation of equipment
from warehouse to various destinations.
Duties & Responsibilities:






















Must have and maintain excellent driving record
Ability to operate 16 – 24 foot box truck with lift gate
Ability to operate pallet jack and various warehouse equipment
Ability to use GPS or similar system
Verify that equipment being delivered matches equipment order
Contact customer to verify equipment delivery date and time
Deliver and install equipment at customer location
Key-Op customer on basic copier functions
Maintain clean and professional appearance
Unbox and stage equipment orders, as needed
Perform monthly Equipment inventory with Manager
Work closely with Logistics and Warehouse Managers to coordinate delivery and pick up of equipment
Pick up of leased returns and/or trade equipment
Complete and manage all necessary documentation related to delivery and pick up of equipment
Communicate with Sales Department on expected deliveries
Must have ability to communicate, read and write in English
Maintain clean and organized delivery truck
Provide support to internal and external customers
Maintain a professional attitude and safe work environment
Ability to work overtime, as needed
Ability to drive/travel to various cities in Texas; including some overnight travel
Special projects as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:








High School or GED, AND
Minimum 1 year of previous delivery/moving related driving
Familiarity with copier equipment, helpful
Previous experience working with inventory control software (OMD, eAutomate) helpful
Must have basic computer knowledge
Must be able to rent/drive rental vehicle
Ability to lift minimum of 75 lbs. (with assistance) Pull, Lift, Reach & Transport equipment, parts and boxes
Current Driver’s License (With good driving record)
