have a prime location and easily accessible to attendees throughout the show. Attendees can walk
right up and have their headshot taken or sign up and come back at a later time. Photographs will be

in the Exhibitor Networking Reception. All food and beverage orders must be placed with Aramark
catering at the Tampa Convention Center no later May 1, 2017. A minimum order of $1,000+ is
required. NDIA will advertise your booth and its offerings to all attendees leading up to the event.
