Typically, spa treatments are delivered within a fixed routine which is strictly time driven. Qualitative
surveys commissioned by the owners highlighted the voids in customer satisfaction experienced by
visitors to spas across the state. Based on this research and numerous field investigations by the
owners, an enhanced spa treatment ‘menu’ has been developed that provides a ‘base’ for client’s
purchase decisions enabling the guest the flexibility to personalise and tailor their treatment guided
by Ellenis fully qualified and accredited Clinicians.
This innovation then enables staff to manage the treatment using a ‘silent time methodology.’ This
methodology is unique to Ellenis and means that conventional time based management of
treatments becomes an almost invisible ‘back of house’ function. The client from the moment they
walk in the door can (if they wish) enjoy their spa experience without being conscious of time.
Products used in the treatments are Australian made and use all natural products. The Spa’s
Clinicians also provide guests the opportunity of sampling the product prior to the treatment.
