How to play!
1. Two students volunteer to come to the front of the room to play
this game.
Note: If students are being shy, two leaders can start off the
game.

Bad Joke Staring Contest
This game is just for fun. Have fun with this icebreaker!
Game Objective
Don’t smile! The last person with a straight face wins.
You’ll need
2. Give each player a copy of the Joke List.
3. Players make eye contact and must hold it as much as
possible.
4. First player reads a joke from the joke list, keeping eye contact
as much as possible. Second player can respond if they’d like,
but they can’t smile or look away.

this—without smiling or laughing at all—and while maintaining
eye contact as much as possible.
