Grant Beacon Middle School Beautification Project: Volunteers will complete yard work and clean-up on the school

PORTER HOSPITAL

Porter Hospitality House Spring Cleaning Project: Porter’s Hospitality House provides long-term care for Porter’s organ
transplant patients. Volunteers will complete spring cleaning projects inside and outside of the house. There is a need for 2-3

parent* Child volunteers will hand out flower pots that have been painted during KidsZone to the transplant patients staying at

NEIGHBORHOOD OUTREACH

Neighborhood Homes Work Project: Volunteer teams will complete house projects (yard work, etc.) for several homes
around RCC’s location (similar to the Extreme Community Makeover Day done the past few summers). Questions about this
project or if you know of a home in the neighborhood that we could assist that day, contact the project lead, Lauren

*FOR KIDS* Family Life Neighborhood Outreach Project: *For children 0-10 years old that are accompanied by one
parent* Child volunteers will hand out "Thank you for being our neighbor" cards that were made in KidsZone along with a
packet of seeds to neighbors. They will also man a lemonade stand on the church lawn. Questions about this project? Contact

*FOR STUDENTS* Youth Ministry Harvard Gulch Outreach Project: *For middle and high school students* Student
volunteers will hand out water bottles to people in Harvard Gulch park. (Note: the annual Plant Sale is in Harvard Gulch that

Neighborhood Prayer Walk: Led by Paul Romig-Leavitt, volunteers will prayerfully walk the blocks around RCC to pray over
