Identify largest Folder on
CD
3) Move mouse over folder and right click. Select “properties” (at bottom of list)
4) Check folder size. Folders with size greater than 40MB usually
indicates a good scan (P.S. sizes in KB implies folder is too small)
*any scan with 120 + files is an indicator of a possible good scan
5) Choose the Largest folder or folders and prepare to “zip” or “compress” them for upload

6) Right click on the folder and chose the option which says “send to”  “compressed (zipped) folder
7) Select yes when the window below appears
(The chosen folder will be zipped and copied to your desktop.)
8) Open the link previously sent to you from Kelyniam for uploading the scan information. Select “browse”
and locate the zipped folder on your desktop for upload.
9) Select zipped folder and begin upload. The files should automatically begin uploading and should take
about 10-15 minutes
** If file takes less than a minute to upload it may mean that the folder chosen was incorrect. Please check
the folder and ensure its MB size was greater than 30MBs. You may also opt to contact Kelyniam for
assistance.
