• Guests with disabilities should visit the Rider Safety Center (RSC) at the park entrance
for ride and access information. In the park, please stop at the Service Center for ride and
access information.
• For height-checking services; children may stop at the Rider Safety Center at the Front
Gate or in the park at the Service Center.
• Kennywood does not offer personal paging. Plan ahead.
• Shoes and shirts must be worn at all times.
• A limited number of strollers, wagons, motorized scooters, and wheelchairs are available
at the Front Gate Gift Shop.
• Parents of lost children should go to the Service Center located near the entrance to
Noah’s Ark or contact a Public Safety Officer.
• Kenny’s ID Wristband is free to help parents quickly reunite with separated children and
party members. They are available at the RSC, bag check and the Service Center.
• Rental lockers are available above the Kandy Kaleidoscope.
The lockers are 9”W x 13“H x 16”D.
• Lost & Found is located at the Service Center.
• Children must be able to walk on their own to ride in Kiddieland.
• PARENT SWAP POLICY: Allows Parents/Guardians to take turns waiting with children too
small to ride. Stop by the Service Center for more information.
• Kennywood is a limited smoking facility for cigarettes and other tobacco products, as well
as electronic (e-cigarettes) and other electronic smoking devices. Please refer to the map
for designated smoking areas.
• LINE JUMPING POLICY: Line jumping is cause for removal from the park without refund.
Leaving the line for any reason and attempting to return is considered line jumping.
• Park closing time, normally around 10pm, is announced daily. Times subject to change

A. PARKSIDE CAFÉ: This restaurant offers a wide
variety of choices from old-fashioned turkey dinners
to ham and cheese sandwiches, fresh salads to
chocolate cake, cold drinks and hot coffee.
Come in to get out of the heat.
B. JOHNNY ROCKETS: Serving timeless restaurant
classic hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken tenders,
American fries, cheese fries and soda pop. Don’t
forget to try Johnny Rockets original chocolate,
vanilla & strawberry shakes. Where good times roll.
C. KANDY KALEIDOSCOPE: Homemade fudge,
a variety of chocolates, hard candies, gummies,
and cold bottled drinks. And of course, our
homemade candy apples and cotton candy for
the ride home.
D. MIDWAY: Offers our philly beef and cheese
