There are help desks in every terminal; these are staffed by airport representatives
who can assist callers with questions regarding services, transportation and flight
information.
A Travelers Aid kiosk (tel: (617) 561 1800) is located in Terminal E (Arrivals level),
near the exit to the taxi stand.
Transfer between Terminals
A complimentary shuttle service links the terminals, the airport subway station, the
Water Transportation Terminal and remote economy parking areas.

How to get there
Driving Directions
From the west and south, drivers should take the Massachusetts Turnpike East,
which connects with the Ted Williams Tunnel and leads directly to Boston Logan
International Airport.
From the north, drivers should follow Interstate 93 and go through the Callahan
Tunnel (or take Interstate 95 to Route 1 South), then follow signs from Route 1A
South to the airport.
Metro
Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) (tel: (617) 222 3200;
www.mbta.com) operates routes to/from Boston Logan International Airport. Take
the MBTA Blue Line at Airport Station for connections to destinations within Boston
(a free shuttle bus service links the station to the terminals). A single fare on
Boston Subway costs US$2.50.
Bus
MBTA buses 448 and 459 serve Boston Logan International Airport and various
locations in Boston (journey time: 25 minutes; fare: US$2). The Silver Line SL1
express service runs to central Boston (journey time: 20 minutes; fare: free) and
other destinations, including Harvard University.
Bus services are also available from a number of
private bus lines covering the New England area. Logan Express (tel: (800) 235
6426) offers a frequent express bus service from all terminals to Braintree,
Framingham, Woburn and Peabody. The journey time is between 30 and 45
minutes and the fare is US$12.
Taxi
Taxis are available from outside all terminals, 24 hours a day. The fare to central
Boston ranges from US$25 to US$45.
Car Parking
Short and long-term parking is available at the Central Parking Garage, which is
connected to Terminals A, B, C and E via pedestrian bridges and elevated moving
walkways. The Terminal B car park offers premium price short- and long-term
parking, while daily and hourly rates are also available at the Terminal E car park.
Long-term economy parking is provided in a remote location, connected to the
terminals by a free 24-hour shuttle bus. There is also a free 'cell phone lot' for those
collecting arriving passengers.

facilities can be found in Terminal C.
Food
There are plenty of bars, cafés and restaurants at Boston Logan International
Airport, with options in every terminal. These include a sports bar and
microbrewery in Terminal A, seafood and steak restaurants in Terminal B, a
gourmet sandwich shop in Terminal C, and a wine bar in Terminal E.
Shopping
There are shops in each terminal; including newsagents, gift shops, bookshops
and fashion outlets. Duty-free is also available in Terminals A, B and E.
Luggage
Lockers are currently unavailable in all terminals, due to
security concerns. A lost and found service (tel: (617) 568 7514) is operated by
Massachusetts State Police.
Other
Other facilities at Boston Logan International Airport include medical assistance,
shoeshine kiosks (Terminals A, B and C) and spas (Terminals B and C). 'Kidports'
in Terminals A and C offer play areas for children.
Conference & Business


Accessibility
Facilities are excellent for disabled visitors, with accessible toilets, lifts, Braille
signage and TDD services. Disabled car parking is also available; the Massport
Parking Office (tel: (617) 561 1673) can provide further information. There is a free
shuttle service between all terminals and Airport Station. Massachusetts State
Police (tel: (617) 567 2233) is on hand to help disabled passengers with
assistance.

