Hanging cabinet storage system

Installation Part
■ Read this installation manual carefully to install Combination Rack
safely. Especially, be sure to read “Safety Precautions” before
installation.
■ After installation, hand this installation manual/instruction manual to the
customer and explain how to use Combination Rack.

Installation Position
(Dimensional unit: mm)
Before installing the hanging cabinet, place it on the floor and drill the main unit mounting holes (piercing
holes (∅8) and temporary locking pilot holes (∅3)) on the bottom of the hanging cabinet.
* If there is a window frame around the installation place, shift the hole positions forward.
W900 type

* Depth is the same as for W900 type.

To install Combination Rack, be sure to keep at least 150 mm interval from the cooking appliances.

■Installation of lighting equipment
Install the lighting equipment in such a way that it
will not interfere with open/close of Combination
Rack door.
Pay attention to
interference!
Installation

Set the truss head taping screws
(accessories) into the temporary locking
pilot holes (∅3 at two points) by floating
approx. 3 mm from the bottom plate surface.

2. Align the inserted tapping screws to the half

tumbler-shaped holes of the main unit. Slide
the tapping screws backward to temporarily
lock the unit.

Lock the unit by tightening the main unit
mounting screws and bolts (accessories)
into the mounting pilot holes (∅8 at four
points) drilled on the bottom of the hanging
cabinet.
Clamp hexagon cap nuts firmly with a spanner or equivalent.

Cover the blindfold caps over the mounting
screw heads on the hanging cabinet internal
bottom.

Safety Precautions
Be sure to observe the following
precautions.

Be sure to

● Do not hang the door or handle.
Do not apply load exceeding the
allowable live load when opening
and closing the door.
The door or handle may be detached,
and accordingly injure you.
● Do not insert your hand into the
driving unit or between the
clearance of the main unit.
Your fingers may be caught and get
injured.
Be sure to
observe.
● Do not place hot water,
heated oil, keen knives or
other dangerous cooking
appliances in the temporary
storage area.
They may fall, and accordingly
injure you.

The upper storage area can accommodate
seasonings, wraps and paper towels
frequently used during cooking. When
opening the front panel, the storage area
comes down by about 40 mm to allow easy
reach even if lighting equipment is installed in
front of the cabinet.
The lower temporary storage area can
serve as a space where you can put a bowl
or tray containing pre-cooking foodstuff or
you can dish up food, allowing you to use a
cooking space effectively, which is likely to
be messed up.
Cleaning
● Daily cleaning
Wipe off the cabinet with water-moistened
firmly-squeezed cloth.
● When getting dirty
First wipe off the cabinet with
detergent-moistened cloth, then with
water-moistened cloth, and finally with dry cloth.
