and a pencil
PHEOCS Background Information

Background Information- Contacting live
I talked to Brenda Miller, a physical therapist , and I asked her what was muscle fatigue, and
she said that it is the physical where of muscle, and the most common muscle to get fatigue
is the forearm muscles.
PHEOCS Background Information
Hypothesis
My hypothesis is that the bigger the circumference of someone’s forearm
the more grip force strength they will show.

My conclusion is that some people do not get
tired as easy as others do. So muscle fatigue
effects people at different rates.
PHEOCS Conclusions
I observed that people that are in sports or are used
to exercise can do more sprints or do sprints faster.
