balance due on April 1, 2017 (No additional processing fees)

balance due in 8 equal installment payments beginning January 1, 2017 through
August 1, 2017 ($9 processing fee on each of the 8 installment payments). Must be
set-up on an auto-pay account.
*$75 late fee for each missed payment.

BOOKING INFORMATION
Check-in Time & Procedure: Check-in time for campsites is 2pm. Check-in time for vacation rentals is 4pm. All guests
and visitors must register and pay at the office upon arrival. To extend your stay, notify the office prior to 10am. There is
no RV set-up after 10pm.
Check-out Time & Procedure: Check-out time for all guests is 11am.
Reservation Policy: Rates are based on 2 adults, 4 children, 1 sleeping unit and vehicle occupancy. Reservations prior
th
to arrival are highly recommended. Memorial Day, the week of July 4 and Labor Day require a 3 night minimum
reservation.
Deposits: To confirm your reservation we require a deposit of 50% of the reservation cost upon booking.
Method of Payment: Payment may be made in cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Credit cards
are processed on the booking date and will appear on your statement as Wild Acres RV charge.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: All Holiday stays are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a cancellation.
All Seasonal reservation payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds are prohibited for weather
condition, voluntary departure, and acts of nature or evictions.
Campsites: Cancellations made at least 21 days in advance of your reservation will be subject to a $50 processing fee.
The balance will be refunded in the form in which it was paid. Cancellations made between 20 days prior and 2 days prior
to your arrival date will be subject to a $50 processing fee and the remaining balance will be refunded in the form of
camping credit. For cancellations less than 48 hours before check-in, deposit will be forfeited.
Vacation Rentals: All reservations require a deposit of 50% of the reservation cost upon booking. Deposit will be
forfeited for all cancellations.
Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly resort, but pets must be walked on a leash, cleaned up after and may not disturb other
guests. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive pets, exotic pets, and
dogs considered to be aggressive breeds. Upon check-in, please notify the office of your pets. Limit 2 pets per site. We
now also offer a select number of pet-friendly rental units. Please inquire for further details.
