ANNOTATION
Recent grade of multiaimed generators of electric current
The present annotation provides information about technical and economic
indicators of the generator of a new type, based on the results of research engineering
group of developers.
Our project focuses on development of a new grade of electric machines (DC
electric generator) basing on the developers invention, which eliminates such
shortcomings of modern generators as relatively low efficiency and high weight
parameters, quite complex design, not optimal level of reliability, maintainability,
ergonomics and above all - low output power per unit mass, high cost of the purchase,
maintenance and repair.
Consumers will get generator of new grade, features and benefits of which are
presented in scientific and technical part of the project: the market gets fundamentally
better machine on better price. This development is a world qualitative shift at the level
of technology.
Developers examination of international market showed that profitable price of
production of new generator at 40-50% below the factory value of Russian plants and at
60% - below the factory prices of foreign brands. At the same time the innovation exceeds
analogueson on the most important technical characteristics.
Technical characteristics of the new system of electric generation: output working
generator power to mass ratio is increased by not less than 80-85% of known patented
types; etc. significant improvement of important indicators.
Thus, the new generator works almost in 2 times more power than the known
generators, and it significantly cheaper and more reliable.
Application: power equipment used in the production of electric power, mechanical
engineering, all types of transport and construction; shipbuilding, utilities, drilling
platforms and similar self-contained sites; household appliances and automotive
applications, including traditional and alternative sources of electric energy. The new
system can be used where there are known generators; welding generator is one of its
implementations.
Project participants are the owners of the technology. License for kind of activity is
not required; certification - in accordance with the law.
The present project is commercially attractive for potential investor, as it has the
features of a large corporate, economic and social effect.
Reducing costs of production of new electric machines improved its technical
parameters due to the novelty of the design, as well as the ability to diversify both
research and production programmes of project gives to the project significant
advantages in price competition, capability to attract investor or lending, controllability
of financial and other risks, increases the flexibility of the project in general.
