Freelance Architect at Atelier Air
The office deals with low-energy building design, consultancy for the energy efficiency,
analyzes thermal bridges and construction supervision.

Certified Passivhaus Designer
Passive House – building for energy efficiency, comfort and affordability
Typical heating systems in Central Europe, where the Passive House Standard was
first developed and applied, are centralized hot water heating systems consisting of
radiators, pipes and central oil or gas boilers. The average heating load of standard
buildings in this area is approximately 100 W/m² (approx. 10 kW for a 100 m²
apartment). The Passive House concept is based on the goal of reducing heat losses to
an absolute minimum, thus rendering large heating systems unnecessary. With peak
heating loads below 10 W per square meter of living area, the low remaining heat
demand can be delivered via the supply air by a post heating coil. A building that does
not require any heating system other than post air heating is called a Passive House;
no traditional heating (or cooling) systems are needed.

Energy Consultant Casaclima
The "KlimaHaus Energy Consultant" is to form a professional figure that carries out its
consulting activity autonomously and independently alongside the private, the designer
or manufacturer in choosing the most effective solutions for energy saving, both for new
construction and rehabilitation.
The CasaClima Agency, born in 2002, is an independent public society from South
Tyrol (Italy) which operates as a certification body for the energy efficiency of the
construction sector. The agency is also renowned for its consultancy and guidance in
the planning and management of projects.
The main goal of the agency is to ensure the quality of the work at every step of the
process, and puts a special emphasis on the performance of all actors taking part in the
process of construction. It therefore offers a wide range of standard and advanced
training programs and is involved in the areas of research and development concerned
with the construction sector. Another important mission is the transmission of
information on a broader level; the agency regularly organizes and promotes initiatives,
such as fairs, campaigns, exhibitions and events with the objective of raising
awareness and inform citizens on matters concerning energy performance and
sustainability.

Energy Certifier for Italian Region Lombardy
Introduced by the EC 2002/91 "on energy efficiency in buildings" Directive to reduce
energy consumption of buildings, energy certification aims to promote a culture of
design, build, renovate and live the most energy conscious buildings, the reduction of
greenhouse gas emissions and user comfort.


Leonardo, DEPARTMENT OF ARCHITECTURE, BUILT ENVIRONMENT AND
CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING (ABC).
The Laboratory Project and Construction has the training objective, through design thinking, to
guide students in the learning process of the complex system of relations that binds materials,
construction elements, manufacturing techniques with environmental requirements, typological
and functional, while respecting the constraints of the features of the context and the regulations.
The design approach is understood as a unitary process in which the Design Technological
integrate the disciplines of Construction techniques and cost estimates. From the early stages of
the project will be placed attention to structural analysis, to material properties, structural types
and load analysis in accordance with current legislation; as well as topics related to construction
cost role in the administration of economic law, with particular reference to the application in the
context of urban projects. In this framework, the student will be placed in a position to apply the
Appraisal in pre-feasibility studies and feasibility of projects.

As a freelancer, I developed the necessary autonomy, managing the design process from the
earliest stages to the implementation and completion of the work, setting priorities and taking
responsibility acquired through different professional experiences listed above, according to
the deadlines and objectives.
I managed, as project leader, co-workers and professionals organizing tasks, deadlines and
subsequent verification of the results.
I am able to work in stressful situations and manage relationships with customers and other
technical figures in the various phases of work.
I am the responsible instructor and organizer of the self-defense course in Lovere (BG) at the
gym of the high school complex.
I am able to relate to people of different nationality and culture as a consequence of my personal
experience abroad.
The university experience as professor, has improved and consolidated public speaking and
interpersonal skills developed during the preparation and display of lectures and design corrections
with the students, where the need is to communicate clearly and accurately.
It fascinates me to discover new cultures, to undertake new experiences, especially outside my
country and to relate with people of different nationalities.
