HOLIDAY FAIR
CALL FOR ARTISTS AND CRAFTERS

ELIGIBILITY: Only WAG members may submit Wall Entries. Crafters may be members or non-members. Wall
Entries must be original work completed within the past three years. Three-dimensional pieces must be able to
hang from a wall or displayed on a provided stand.
ARTWORK: Oil, Watercolor, Acrylic, and Pastel. Photography, Mixed Media (e.g., encaustic photography and
painting, artwork with more than one medium applied,); Collage (e.g., assemblage of different forms), Prints (one
of a kind, hand-pulled), New Media (digital art)
THREE WALL ENTRIES AND EIGHT (8) BIN PIECES
Non-refundable entry fee: $15.
Bin art must be matted with clear wrap. Stretched canvas or panels with finished sides are permitted as long as
no staples show. No framed pieces are allowed in the Art Bin. All Bin pieces must have identification on the back
and price on the front.
PRESENTATION:
Work must be properly framed and wired for hanging on a wall. Saw-tooth hangers are not permitted. Please
have your name, address, phone number and price on the back of each work along with media used. Pieces that
do not meet the criteria will not be displayed. Entries must not exceed 144” in perimeter.
CRAFTERS: Table rentals are available for $25 members, $35 non-members, per card table. We will have a
Community Craft Table for members to sell small quantities of craft items at no additional fee. Please email

SALES:
All work must be for sale. All artwork sales will be subject to WAG’s 20% commission. Checks will be mailed after
the show. Crafters must be present to sell their work. Crafters do not pay the 20% commission.
DROP-OFF:
Hand delivered only. Entries should be dropped off at the Westport Public Library, Thursday, December 4, from 5
pm – 8 pm.
PICK-UP:
Work may be picked up on Saturday, December 6 (at the end of the show) from 3 pm - 4 pm. Works not picked
up within 90 days become the property of WAG.
LIABILITY:
The Westport Art Group cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of artwork. Every possible care will
be taken in the handling of artwork submitted.
