Official Contest Rules
These contest rules are specific to the above contest conducted by Entercom Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, LLC
d/b/a “98.5 KRZ” WKRZ (the “Station”). Except to the extent specifically set forth below with respect
to this specific contest, the Station’s general contest rules apply to this contest as well. A copy of these
specific contest rules and the Station’s general contest rules are available at the Station’s studio at 305
Highway 315, Pittston, PA 18640 during regular business hours and on the contest page on the Station’s
website at www.985KRZ.com. To the extent the general contest rules differ from these rules, these
rules will govern and control with respect to this Contest.
How to Enter

No purchase necessary.

DO NOT ENTER THIS CONTEST IF YOU CANNOT BE PRESENT AT 11:45AM ON
SATURDAY, JUNE 17, 2017 AT CAMELBEACH MOUNTAIN WATERPARK
LOCATED AT 309 RESORT DRIVE, TANNERSVILLE, PA 18372 (the “Grand Prize
Event”).

There are two (3) ways to enter this contest.
a. Call-In Entry: Listen to the Station weekdays (Monday – Friday only) between 6:00am
(EDT) and 8:59pm (EDT) (each a “Contest Day”), from Monday, May 22, 2017 through Friday June 9,
2017 (the “Call-in Entry Period”) and excluding Memorial Day on Monday, May 29, 2017, for the
Disney Duck Derby Contest “Cue to Call” (each a “Contest Play”). When you hear the Cue to Call, be
the ninth (9th) caller to the Station’s contest line 1-800-222-0985 to qualify to participate in the Grand
Prize Event, subject to confirmation of eligibility and compliance with these Contest rules (each a
“Qualifier,” collectively the “Qualifiers”).
b. If the Station does not receive at least 9 calls shortly after the “Cue to Call” is played,
there will be no Qualifier for that round.
c. There will be at least one (1), but not more than three (3), Contest Play(s) each Contest
Day during the Call-in Entry Period.
d. Only those calls to the Station’s specific phone number provided at the time calls
are solicited shall be eligible to win. Calls to the main Station phone number or any
other phone number shall not be accepted for entry to this Contest.
e. WARNING: ONLINE LISTENERS TO STREAMED BROADCASTS MAY
EXPERIENCE A LAG IN TRANSMISSIONS DUE TO BUFFERING
LIMITATIONS.

b. Text Entry: Go to Camelbeach Mountain Waterpark located at 309 Resort Drive, Tannersville,
PA 18372 between 10:00am on May 27, 2017 and 6:00pm on June 13, 2017 and find the KRZ Disney
Duck Derby text keyword at the ticket window. Text the designated keyword to 72881 to enter. On or
about June 13, 2017, three (3) qualifiers will be randomly selected to participate in the Grand Prize event.

c. On-Site Text Entry at Grand Prize Event: Go to Camelbeach Mountain Waterpark located at
309 Resort Drive, Tannersville, PA 18372 on Saturday, June 17, 2017 and find the official Disney Duck
Derby contest sign with the text keyword. Text the designated keyword to 72881 between 10:00am and
11:30am to enter. At approximately 11:31am, five (5) qualifiers will be randomly selected and will
receive a congratulations text message with instructions on where to meet the WKRZ representative. The
designated qualifier must meet the WKRZ station representative at the announced location by no later
than 11:45am, and complete the required release form in order to participate in the contest. Std msg &

There will be up to, but not more than fifty (50) Qualifiers in this Contest. You can only be a
Qualifier once in this contest. Only the actual contestant who calls in for the Contest play can be
the Qualifier at the Grand Prize Event. Qualifiers cannot transfer or assign their qualifying spots
to other persons. Only one qualifier per household in this Contest.
How to Win
5.
All Qualifiers, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Contest rules, will
be invited to participate in the Grand Prize Event on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at
CAMELBEACH MOUNTAIN WATERPARK LOCATED AT 309 RESORT DRIVE,
TANNERSVILLE, PA 18372
6.
IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE GRAND PRIZE EVENT, QUALIFIERS MUST
ATTEND THE GRAND PRIZE EVENT IN PERSON AND CHECK-IN WITH STATION
STAFF NO LATER THAN 11:45 AM (EDT). Qualifiers must check-in at the 98.5 KRZ CheckIn Table (follow signs for KRZ Disney Duck Derby Grand Prize Event registration) between
10:00am (EDT) and 11:45am (EDT). Qualifiers must present a valid government-issued picture
ID and will be required to sign a Release “as-is” at check-in. If a Qualifier has not checked-in
and produced and executed all required documentation at the 98.5 KRZ Check-In Table by 11:45
am (EDT), such Qualifier will be disqualified and their opportunity to participate in any portion
of the Grand Prize Event shall be forfeited. Each verified and properly checked-in Qualifier will
be assigned one (1) numbered rubber duck, which represents the duck they are playing for in the
Contest. Upon verification, once the Qualifier has been assigned their numbered rubber duck,
they will be deemed a Finalist.

7.
Starting at approximately 12:00pm, the Grand Prize Event will begin. WKRZ will bring all
assigned and numbered rubber ducks to the Lazy River at Camelbeach Mountain Waterpark. All
of the up to fifty (50) assigned and numbered rubber ducks will be poured into the Lazy River at
the same time. The rubber ducks must travel the entire length of the Lazy River. The one (1)
rubber duck which arrives at the end of the Lazy River first, as determined by the Station, will be
the Grand Prize winning duck. The Finalist whose number is assigned to the Grand Prize winning
duck will be the Grand Prize winner.
8.
The rubber ducks must move through the Lazy River with no outside assistance. If one or more
rubber ducks gets stuck, it will not be dettached by any outside assistance and must move with the
flow of the Lazy River. Anyone who interferes with, cheats, or otherwise touches any one or
more rubber ducks during the Grand Prize event may be removed from the Waterpark at the

discretion of the Sponsor and the Station, any rubber ducks that have been tampered with will be
disqualified and are not eligible to win the grand prize.
9.
In the event of a tie, or if no ducks cross the finish line within thirty (30) minutes of the contest
start time, the Station will conduct a random drawing among present qualifiers to determine the
one (1) grand prize winner.
10.
Qualifiers and Finalists hereby agree to strictly follow all instructions and directions given
by Station personnel at the Grand Prize Event and understand that any intentional failure
to comply with these Contest rules or procedures or instructions given by Station staff will
result in immediate disqualification. In no event will any “deal-making” between Qualifiers
and Finalists be permitted. Station reserves the right to disqualify any person that it
suspects has participated in or offered or accepted any type of “deal-making” with respect
to this Contest.
11.
Odds of becoming a Qualifier in this Contest may vary and depend upon the number of calls and
texts received for each Contest Play (see Section 3 above). Odds of a Finalist becoming the
Grand Prize Winner in this Contest shall not exceed 1:50.
Prize(s)
12.
Each of the up to fifty (50) qualifiers in this contest will receive: four (4) vouchers to Camelbeach
Mountain Waterpark located at 309 Resort Drive, Tannersville, PA 18372 valid for one-day
admission on Saturday, June 17, 2017 for the Disney Duck Derby grand prize event.
13.
One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in this contest. The One (1) Grand Prize is a trip for
four (4) to Walt Disney World and includes: Round-Trip coach airfare for four (4) guests, two
(2) nights hotel at a Disney preferred property in the Orlando, Florida area, and four (4) two (2)Day Passes to Walt Disney World Resort parks of your choice in Orlando, Florida. Grand Prize
valued at approximately $4,000. Grand Prize provided by Hollywood Records. Trip Dates are
TBD. Prizes awarded in this Contest do not include ground transportation, meals, or any other
incidental expenses. Grand Prize winner will be required to put down a credit card at the hotel for
any incidental expenses. No transfer or assignment of prizes is allowed.

Camelbeach Mountain Waterpark.
Miscellaneous
15.
In the event that the Grand Prize Event needs to be rescheduled for any reason, such
postponement will be announced on air and on the Station’s website. It is the sole responsibility
of each Qualifier to check the website and/or listen on-air for cancellation and/or rescheduling
information. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Station may (but is not obligated to) send a written,
email or telephonic notice to Qualifiers regarding any necessary rescheduling of the Grand Prize
Event with the rescheduled date/time but in no event will Station or Sponsors have any liability or
responsibility for any Qualifier’s failure to receive the message for any reason or any Qualifier’s
inability to attend the event on the rescheduled date (and no alternative opportunities will be
offered).
