1 tsp Agave nectar
BLOOMSBURY FIZZ
1.25 oz Miller’s Gin
.33 oz Lemon juice
.33 oz Simple syrup
.25 oz Raspberry puree
.25 oz Egg white
Fever Tree Club soda
Garnish with fresh raspberries

1.5 oz Sauza Silver Tequila
1 oz Lemon juice
.5 oz simple syrup
2 oz Gruet Brut Rosé sparkling wine
Garnish with a lemon twist
CLOVER CLUB COCKTAIL
2 oz Aviation Gin
1 Egg white
.5 oz Fresh lemon juice
.5 oz Raspberry syrup
SKINNY PEAR MARGARITA

.5 oz. of peach nectar
