.33 oz Simple syrup
.25 oz Raspberry puree
.25 oz Egg white
Fever Tree Club soda
Garnish with fresh raspberries

1.5 oz Sauza Silver Tequila
1 oz Lemon juice
.5 oz simple syrup
2 oz Gruet Brut Rosé sparkling wine
Garnish with a lemon twist

.5 oz Fresh lemon juice
