You already have a Token?
For Web Banking to recognise your Token, you simply need
to log on with your client number, secret code and card
code.
Under the “LuxTrust Certificates” tab, select “Assign a certi­
fi­­cate to Web Banking “ and follow the instructions.
Next time you long into Web Banking, simply enter: your
client number + your secret code + your OTP (One Time
Password).
You still haven’t received your Token?
It’s not too late! Order your Token via Web Banking
under “LuxTrust certificates”, “Order a LuxTrust
product” and follow the instructions.

To access the Web Banking service, your computer
must have the following configuration:

- Whenever you use the website, be sure to click
the “log out“ button when you’ve finished.
- Change your secret code regularly.

This step-by-step guide will help you
log on for the first time.
Web Banking
Phone Banking
- Enter our web address bgl.lu and click Web Banking.
To access your accounts
or talk to an advisor
- Enter your 10-digit client number and confirm
- call (+352) 42 42 – 2000
- Enter your 6-digit secret code then change it.
- select your language:
1 for Luxemburgish, 2 for French,
3 for German and 4 for English.
- Scratch off the covering over your card code* to reveal
a sequence of 16 characters (digits and letters).
- Using your mouse, click the square containing
the requested characters of your card code
(3 items are to be filled in).
Then press:

o check your account balance and transaction

If you don’t have your card code to hand but want to check your accounts
quickly, just select the Quick Access option. To make a transaction,
select the Full Access option and enter your card code.
