Waiver of Liability
I agree to waive liability and release any and all claims against
RivCan Associates, LLC (“Owner”) of Stamford Twin Rinks, (the
“Facility”), their officers, employees and agents for injuries and
damages suffered by myself or my children and guests 18 or
under, for whom I am signing, during programs at the Facility or
while at the Facility for any other reason, whether on or off the ice.
I acknowledge that ice skating and other physical activities at the
Facility involve risk of serious bodily injury. I fully accept and assume
all risks and all responsibility for all losses and damages incurred
as a result of my participation and my children's’ and
guests participation in these activities.
I have read the Rules of the Stamford Twin Rinks and will abide by
them. I have explained the Rules to my children. I agree that the
staff of the Facility may require the withdrawal from any session
any skater who violates the Rules. I agree that the Stamford twin
Rinks is not responsible for broken, lost or stolen items or equipment
or other expenses incurred while in the facility.

When you have your party at Stamford Twin Rinks, everyone is sure to have

All Parties at Stamford Twin Rinks are held during regularly scheduled public
skating hours (private parties are available) and include a designated party
professional, private themed party room, paper goods and utensils,
beverages, video game tokens, and much more. Reservations are based upon
availability only, so be sure to book your next party with us - you’ll be glad
you did!

Pre-Party Considerations
+ Advanced reservations are a must, as party
availability fills up fast. Early booking is highly
suggested.
+ Parties can be booked during any public skating
session! (Private rink rental is available for additional
fee.)
+ All party packages are based upon a minimum of 10
people. Additional guests will be billed as shown
above. You must confirm the number of attendees 5
days prior to the party. You will be charged for that
number, so please be accurate.
+ Helmets and gloves/mittens are highly
recommended by STR. Helmet rentals are available.
+ Food and Beverage will be provided by Hope Street
Café . No outside food or beverages are permitted
(except cakes) unless prior arrangements are made
with Party Coordinator.
+ A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the
time of party booking.
