1.2. Short description:
Wage type reporter evaluates wage types that are contained in the payroll
results. Data from the Results Table (RT) and the Work Center Basic Pay table
(WPBP) is used in the evaluation. Additional field on the selection screen is selection
of employee type from Tax Croatia infotype (0564).
Output is created in ALV Grid.
1.3. Limitations
Payroll has been run successfully.
Data from the Personnel Administration application component (PA-PA) (for
example, infotypes), or from other tables in the system is not included in this
evaluation.
In-period or for-period view defines period selection
1.4. Special selection fields
‘Special run’ – used for off-cycle payroll definition.
‘Wage type’ – selection can be restricted to wage types.
‘Employee type’ – selection can be restricted to employee type from infotype
0564 (standard, detached, honorari, pensioner, volunteer)..
There are 3 options for period determination:
(M)onthly; Regular payroll results whose Period-BEGDA and Period-ENDDA is
between BEGDA and ENDDA entered on selection screen. The payday can be out of
the period. In off-cycle payroll results that’s PAYDAY is between BEGDA and ENDDA
entered on the selection screen. This is called “monthly oriented”.
(R)esult; On the selection screen of such report you can find:

Period (only one) which refers to control record (PA03)
Off-cycle parameters (pay type… date)
If off-cycle parameters are entered, they are always stronger than period on the
top of the selection screen. It prints the relevant off-cycle payroll result. If off-cycle
fields are empty, the regular payroll result for specified period (defined on the top of
the screen) is printed. This is called “result oriented”.
(P)ayday; Report that can be run for more payroll results. There is no sense to
display off-cycle parameters on the selection screen. Reports select all payroll results
whose payday is between BEGDA and ENDDA. This is called “payday oriented”.
‘Alternative currency’ - All values are usually shown in the payroll-period currency
or the currency of the period specified. Payroll periods with a different currency are
converted. If you specify an alternative currency, all values are shown in this
currency.
‘ALV variant’ – variant for ALV layout. Variant must exist on the client.
‘Exclude evaluation’ – this option allows you to include or exclude output fields
from field catalogue provided.
Left column represent selected fields, right column represent excluded fields.
